The Ivies, a former Vicarage of historical interest, has been converted to a modern family home following complete refurbishment, extension and updating to all areas.

A full architectural service was provided - from inception to completion, including: Design; Planning Approval, in a Conservation Area; Detail design; Building Regulations Approval; Construction details & specification; Tender action; Site & Contract administration.

Highlight of the design is a contemporary single storey rear extension. An Oak frame structure, with large glazed openings, supports a wave form zinc roof.
